The invention discloses a hybrid shunting locomotive control system based on four-quadrant rectification. The system is characterized in that the shunting locomotive control system at least comprisesa power battery, a diesel generator set, a four-quadrant rectification module, a pre-charging module and a traction motor; the power battery is electrically connected with the traction motor through the pre-charging module; the diesel generating set is connected with the pre-charging module and the power battery through the four-quadrant rectification module and electrically connected with the traction motor through the pre-charging module; and the traction motor is powered by the power battery and/or the diesel generator set. Through the structural arrangement of the control system, the problems of complex control strategy and high control difficulty in the prior art are solved.
