The invention provides a cell shared parking method and system based on ETC non-inductive payment. A cell shared parking method based on ETC non-inductive payment comprises the following steps of acquiring a real-time video image in a parking lot, determining whether the number of parked vehicles in the parking lot is saturated or not, and if so, informing to close a parking lot entrance gate to stop vehicles from entering the parking lot; reading an ETC electronic tag of an entering vehicle, sending information to a data background matching user, and notifying a parking space ground lock device to be automatically opened and allowing the vehicle to enter a parking space after the user is matched successively; and detecting a parking space state, settling parking time, using the data background to notify a client to perform fee deduction, notifying the parking space ground lock device to delay locking, and stopping the locking state till that the next vehicle is driven in. A problem ofvehicle queuing caused by waiting for ascending and descending of a gate switch of the parking lot is avoided, parking efficiency of the cell shared parking lot is improved, manpower and material resource cost of parking management is effectively reduced, and intelligent parking is truly realized.

    本发明提供一种基于ETC无感支付的小区共享停车方法及系统。一种基于ETC无感支付的小区共享停车方法,包括以下步骤:获取停车场内实时视频图像,判断场内停车数量是否饱和,如是则通知关闭停车场进入闸口停止车辆进场;读取进场车辆的ETC电子标签,将信息发送给数据后台匹配用户,匹配用户成功后,通知停车位地锁装置自动开放,允许车辆进入停车位;检测停车位状态,结算停车时间,数据后台通知客户端进行扣费,通知停车位地锁装置延时锁闭,锁闭状态直至下一车辆驶入。本发明避免了等待停车场闸口开关升降而造成的车辆排队问题,提升了小区共享停车场的停车效率,有效降低停车管理的人力物力成本,真正的实现智慧停车。
