The invention discloses an electromagnetic locking mechanism. The electromagnetic locking mechanism comprises an L-shaped base frame, the base frame comprises a transverse plate and a vertical plate,a horizontally-placed telescopic rod is arranged on the upper surface of the transverse plate, a fixed plate is arranged on the side face of the vertical plate, the left end of the telescopic rod is connected with a stop rod, the stop rod is vertically and obliquely arranged, the lower end of the stop rod is hinged to the telescopic rod, the stop rod upwards penetrates through the fixing plate tobe hinged to the fixing plate, pawls are arranged at the upper end of the stop rod, and the tail end of the stop rod is matched with the edges of the pawls; the right end of the telescopic rod penetrates through a fixing box, and the tail end of the telescopic rod is connected with an electromagnet; and a limiting ring is arranged on the part, extending into the fixing box, of the telescopic rod,and a first spring is arranged between the limiting ring and the inner wall, close to the electromagnet, of the fixing box. According to the electromagnetic locking mechanism, by means of the principle that the electromagnet is powered on to generate magnetism, the electromagnet can be powered on to generate magnetism only by pressing a switch of the electromagnet in time, the telescopic rod is attracted, thus linkage reaction is carried out to enable the stop rod to clamp the pawls, and pawl locking is achieved; and safety production accidents caused by untimely manual locking are avoided.

    本发明公开电磁锁定机构,包括L型的基架,基架包括横板和竖板,横板上表面设有水平放置的伸缩杆,竖板侧面设有固定板,伸缩杆左端连接有止动杆,止动杆竖向倾斜布置,其下端与伸缩杆铰接,向上穿过固定板并与其铰接,其上端设有棘爪,止动杆的末端与棘爪边缘适配;伸缩杆的右端穿过固定箱,其端末连接有电磁铁;伸缩杆伸入固定箱中的部分设有一个限位环,限位环与固定箱靠近电磁铁的内壁之间设有第一弹簧。本发明,利用电磁铁通电产生磁性的原理,仅需及时按下电磁铁的开关,即可使得电磁铁通电产生磁性,将伸缩杆吸住,从而连动反应使得止动杆将棘爪卡住,实现棘爪锁止。避免手动锁止不及时而引发安全生产事故。
