The invention discloses an electromechanical interlocking system for a maintenance door. The electromechanical interlocking system comprises a controller and further comprises an actuator connected with one end of the controller, the other end of the controller is connected with an interlocker, and the actuator is further connected with the interlocker; the actuator comprises an electric actuatingelement, one end of the electric actuating element is connected with an interlocking output element, and the other end of the electric actuating element is connected with a mechanical actuating device; and the electric actuating element and the mechanical actuating device are both connected with an electronic action monitoring element. According to the electromechanical interlocking system for the maintenance door, the combination of machinery, electricity, electronics and the like is adopted; information acquisition, exchange, processing are carried out; the design is reasonable, the programme is intelligent, and automatic control can be achieved; and the electromechanical interlocking system of the maintenance door can automatically operate in a self-judgment mode, an interlocking structure is additionally arranged under the condition of a locking structure of the electromechanical interlocking system, double guarantees of electrical interlocking and mechanical interlocking are additionally arranged in the interlocking structure, personal safety of workers in the maintenance door is guaranteed, and safety guarantee of equipment and articles are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种维护门机电联锁系统,包括控制器,还包括连接在控制器一端的动作器,其另一端与联锁器连接在一起,动作器还与联锁器连接在一起,动作器包括电气动作元件,电气动作元件的一端与联锁输出元件连接,电气动作元件的另一端与机械动作装置连接在一起,电气动作元件、机械动作装置均与电子动作监测元件连接,本发明智能维护门机电联锁系统,采用机械、电气、电子等组合通过信息采集、交换、处理,合理设计、智能编程、自动控制,实现维护门机电联锁系统可自我判定的自动化运作,在本身锁紧结构的情况下又添加了联锁结构,联锁结构中又添加了电气联锁和机械联锁双重保障,保证维护门中工作人员的人身安全,设备、物品的安全保障。
