The invention discloses a trichogramma stirring and delivering device. The device comprises a stirring device, a delivering device and a connecting device, wherein the stirring device comprises a steering engine fixing base, an outer sleeve, a bearing, a large gear, a small gear, a first steering engine, a first steering disc, a rotary disc and a stirring mechanism, the stirring mechanism is arranged above the rotary disc, the outer sleeve sequentially penetrates through the large gear, the bearing and the steering engine mounting base, the rotary disc is conical, and the lower end of the rotary disc is open and fixed to the outer sleeve, the large gear, the bearing and the steering engine mounting base. The trichogramma ball loading process of the device is simple, a front cover is openedto pour trichogramma balls into the device until the capacity reaches the upper limit, and the device does not need to be detached from the unmanned aerial vehicle.
