According to the invention, the mode that the power that thin ice continuously drives the moving block to move in the collision advancing process of the ship body and the thin ice is utilized for controlling the ice breaking ball to impact and break an ice layer intermittently in a transmission mode, the thin ice is broken in an auxiliary mode, and the fuel consumption of the ship body running in a thin ice area is effectively reduced.
