The invention provides a split type double-pipe double-line vacuum pipeline structure and a maglev high-speed train with the same. The split type double-pipe double-line vacuum pipeline structure comprises a first structure, a second structure and a third structure, wherein the third structure is used for providing a running track for a vehicle; the first structure and the second structure are arranged on an upper portion of the third structure in parallel in the length direction of the third structure; the first structure and the third structure are connected to form a first pipeline body; and the second structure and the third structure are connected to form a second pipeline body, the first pipeline body is used for providing a first airtight vacuum pipeline environment, the second pipeline body is used for providing a second airtight vacuum pipeline environment, and heights of the cross sections of the first pipeline body and the second pipeline body are both larger than widths ofthe corresponding cross sections. By the adoption of the technical scheme, technical problems that in the prior art, a double-line pipeline line is high in construction cost, large in occupied area and large in construction difficulty are solved.
