The invention discloses a pure electric vehicle battery remote preheating method. The method comprises the steps that a battery remote preheating instruction is sent to a vehicle T-BOX terminal through a wireless communication module; the T-BOX terminal judges whether preheating needs to be performed or not according to the battery remote preheating instruction; and when preheating needs to be performed, the T-BOX terminal makes a BMS start working, and the BMS makes a vehicle preheating module carry out preheating. A simple and feasible flow chart is adopted to control realization of a remotepreheating function of a pure electric vehicle battery; hardware frameworks of a control unit BMS, a PDU and a VCU of an original vehicle are prevented from being changed; the T-BOX terminal is newlyadded to achieve an interaction function with an intelligent network connection platform, and a modification workload is small; and meanwhile, functions of battery gun insertion charging heating anddriving heating are achieved in a compatible mode, and technical problems that battery cold start time of the pure electric vehicle is long and the vehicle runs at an idle speed at a low temperature in the northern area in winter are effectively solved.

    本发明的一种纯电动车电池远程预热方法,所述方法为通过无线通讯模块向汽车T‑BOX终端发送电池远程预热指令,T‑BOX终端根据电池远程预热指令判断是否需要进行预热,当需要进行预热时,T‑BOX终端控制BMS开始工作,BMS控制汽车预热模块进行预热。采用简易可行的流程图控制纯电动车电池远程预热功能的实现,避免原车的控制单元BMS、PDU、VCU改动硬件架构,并新增T‑BOX终端以实现与智能网联平台通讯的交互功能,改动工作量小,同时兼容实现电池插枪充电加热、行车加热功能,有效解决了纯电动汽车在冬季北方地区低温下电池冷启动时间长、车辆怠速运行技术问题。
