The invention discloses a split type guide wheel, a tramcar and a wheel core replacing method. The wheel core is a plastic part, the wheel core is provided with a circumferential tread and wheel rimsformed on the two sides of the circumferential tread, the circumferential tread and the two wheel rims form a groove, the circumferential tread is perpendicular to the wheel rims, and the wheel core is provided with a first shaft hole in the axis direction of the wheel core; and two end covers are detachably arranged on the two sides of the wheel core respectively, second shaft holes are formed inthe end covers, and the wheel shaft is arranged in the first shaft hole and the second shaft holes in a penetrating mode. The guide wheel can reduce the derailment risk and the operation noise, meanwhile, the wheel core is convenient to replace, and the maintenance cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种分体式导向轮、有轨电车及轮芯更换方法,轮芯为塑胶件,轮芯具有圆周踏面和形成于圆周踏面两侧的轮缘,圆周踏面和两个轮缘形成凹槽,圆周踏面与轮缘相互垂直,轮芯沿其轴线方向设有第一轴孔;两个端盖可拆卸地分设于轮芯的两侧,端盖上设有第二轴孔,轮轴穿设于第一轴孔和第二轴孔内。该导向轮可降低脱轨风险和运行噪音,同时便于轮芯更换,有利于降低维护成本。
