The invention relates to the technical field of monitoring of civil aviation aircrafts, and particularly discloses an evaluation method for availability of required monitoring performance. The methodcomprises the steps of receiving monitoring data of each track; establishing reference tracks in a one-to-one correspondence manner according to the received monitoring data; dividing the reference tracks according to measurement interval time and calculating the number NT of measurement intervals of each reference track; calculating the number NR of measurement intervals with effective horizontalpositions in each reference track and calculating the horizontal position update rates PUR of all the reference tracks; calculating the number NH of measurement intervals with effective air pressureheight existing in each reference track and calculating the horizontal position updating rate PUH of all the reference tracks; calculating the number NI of measurement intervals with effective aircraft identities existing in each reference flight path and calculating aircraft identity update rates PUI of all the reference flight paths; and calculating the availability of the monitoring performancerequired by a monitoring system according to the horizontal position update rate PUR, the air pressure altitude update rate PUH and the airplane identity update rate PUI.

    本发明涉及民用航空航空器监视技术领域,具体公开了一种所需监视性能可用性评估方法,包括接收每一条航迹的监视数据;根据接收到监视数据一一对应地建立参考航迹;将所述参考航迹按测量间隔时间划分并计算出每一条参考航迹的测量间隔数量NT;计算每一条参考航迹存在有效水平位置的测量间隔的数量NR以及计算所有参考航迹的水平位置更新率PUR;计算每一条参考航迹存在的有效气压高度的测量间隔的数量NH以及计算所有参考航迹的水平位置更新率PUH;计算每一条参考航迹存在的有效飞机身份的测量间隔的数量NI以及计算所有参考航迹的飞机身份更新率PUI;根据水平位置更新率PUR、气压高度更新率PUH、飞机身份更新率PUI计算监视系统所需监视性能可用性。
