The invention discloses a double-winding device of a hydraulic dynamic compactor. The double-winding device comprises a bracket and two winding drums supported on the bracket; the two winding drums are respectively wound around steel wire ropes and sleeve the middle of two mutually parallel through shafts; a large gear is fixed to one end of each through shaft, and the large gears are meshed witha small gear driven by a hydraulic motor through a speed reducer; and clutches capable of separating or combining the winding drums and the through shafts are fixed to the other ends of the through shafts. The double-winding device has the advantages that 1, the driving force is transmitted from the small gear to the two large gears and adopts rigid connection, and when the two clutches are in a closed state, the rotating angular speed of the two winding drums is the same at any moment and is not influenced by load force and element difference, so that the absolute synchronization is realized;and 2, all mechanisms are integrally mounted on the bracket, and compared with a main machine of the dynamic compactor, modular design is adopted, and the double-winding device is convenient to assemble, maintain and disassemble.
本发明公开了一种液压强夯机双卷扬装置,括支架及支撑在其上两个卷筒;该两个卷筒各自缠绕有钢丝绳,并分别套装在相互平行的两个通轴的中部;每个通轴一端固定有大齿轮,该大齿轮均与经减速机由液压马达驱动的小齿轮啮合;另一端固定有可使卷筒与通轴分离或结合的离合器。本发明具有如下优点:1、驱动力的传递是由小齿轮到两个大齿轮,为刚性连接,在两个离合器均为闭合状态时,两个卷筒在任意时刻,转动的角速度都是相同的,不受负载力和元件差异的影响,实现了绝对同步。2、所有机构均整体安装在一个支架上,相对于强夯机主机而言,采用模块化设计,组装、维修拆卸方便。
