The invention discloses a low-floor vehicle fixing hinge with variable stiffness displacement freedom degree. The fixing hinge comprises a U-shaped mounting seat with an upper chuck and a lower chuck,a T-shaped mounting seat with a joint bracket and a mandrel, and the joint bracket of the T-shaped mounting seat is positioned between the upper chuck and the lower chuck of the U-shaped mounting seat; the fixing hinge further comprises an upper rubber bushing located in an upper chuck hole of the U-shaped mounting seat and a lower rubber bushing located in a lower chuck hole of the U-shaped mounting seat; the mandrel is vertically positioned in a hole of the joint bracket of the T-shaped mounting seat; the two ends of the mandrel are located in holes of the upper rubber bushing and the lowerrubber bushing respectively; and transverse, longitudinal and vertical force applied to the mandrel by the T-shaped mounting seat through the joint bracket can deform through the upper rubber bushingand the lower rubber bushing so that the mandrel can generate transverse, longitudinal and vertical displacement relative to the U-shaped mounting seat. The fixing hinge has the advantages that a low-floor train can smoothly pass through a small-radius curve, and the riding comfort of passengers can be guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种具有变刚度位移自由度的低地板车固定铰,包括具有上夹盘和下夹盘的U形安装座、具有关节支架的T形安装座和芯轴,T形安装座的关节支架位于U形安装座的上夹盘和下夹盘之间;所述固定铰还包括位于U形安装座上夹盘孔中的上橡胶轴衬和位于下夹盘孔中的下橡胶轴衬;所述芯轴垂向位于T形安装座的关节支架的孔中,芯轴的两端分别位于上橡胶轴衬和下橡胶轴衬的孔中,T形安装座通过关节支架施加给芯轴的横向、纵向和垂向的力都能够通过上橡胶轴衬和下橡胶轴衬产生形变来使芯轴产生相对于U形安装座的横向、纵向和垂向的位移。其优势在于不仅使低地板列车能够顺畅的通过小半径曲线,还能保证乘客乘行的舒适性。
