The invention provides an emergency relay, which is used for emergency braking of traction type equipment. The emergency relay comprises a valve body part, a valve element part which is arranged in the valve body part in a sliding manner, and an air supply part which is communicated with the valve body part and supplies air to the valve body part; the air supply part supplies air and forms pressure differences on the two sides of the valve element part, and the pressure differences comprise the first pressure difference and the second pressure difference; the first pressure difference drives the valve element part to slide forwards, so that the valve body part is transposed, and emergency braking is achieved; and the second pressure difference drives the valve element part to reversely slide, so that the valve element part and the valve body part are reset. The problems that an existing emergency brake is long in braking time and poor in sensitivity are solved. According to the emergency relay, the valve element part is pushed to slide in a reciprocating mode through the pressure differences, then switching between braking and emergency braking is achieved, the air supply conditionof the air supply part is changed, then the pressure differences are changed rapidly, then the valve element part slides rapidly, the reaction speed is increased, the reaction time is shortened, andthe sensitivity of the emergency relay is improved.
本发明提供了一种紧急继动器,用于牵引式设备的紧急制动,包括:阀体部;阀芯部,阀芯部滑动设置在阀体部内;以及供气件,供气件与阀体部连通并为阀体部供气;其中,供气件供气并在阀芯部两侧形成压差,压差包括第一压差和第二压差,第一压差驱动阀芯部正向滑动,以使阀体部换位并实现紧急制动;第二压差驱动阀芯部反向滑动,以使阀芯部和阀体部复位。解决了现有的紧急制动器制动时间长,灵敏度差的问题。本发明的一种紧急继动器通过压差推动阀芯部往复滑动,进而实现对刹车制动和紧急制动的切换,供气件的供气条件改变进而快速改变压差,进而使得阀芯部快速滑动,加快了反应速度,缩短了反应时间,提高了紧急继动器的灵敏度。
