The invention discloses a cushioning explosion-proof battery pack bottom support device for a new energy automobile. The bottom support comprises a bottom support shell, a threaded rod, an air storagebag, a first cushioning air bag and a top cover; a supporting plate is welded to the outer side of the bottom support shell; a threaded rod is connected with the inner side of a sliding groove through a bearing; a bracket is arranged on the inner side of the bottom support shell; an accommodating groove is formed in the bracket; a movable plate is connected with the upper portion of an extrusionpush plate; the first cushioning air bag is embedded in the inner wall of the bottom support shell; heat dissipation holes are formed in the surface of the bottom support shell; a hidden groove is formed in the surface of a connecting shaft; a movable piece is arranged on the outer side of the movable cylinder; and the top cover is fixed to the upper portion of the bottom support shell through bolts. The cushioning explosion-proof battery pack bottom support device for the new energy automobile can perform effective cushioning protection on the battery pack, and can automatically and quickly extinguish fire when the battery is accidentally combusted, so that continuous combustion and explosion of the battery pack are avoided, and the loss is effectively reduced.

    本发明公开了一种缓震防爆式新能源汽车用电池组底托装置,包括底托壳体、螺纹杆、储气囊、第一缓震气囊和顶盖,所述底托壳体的外侧焊接有支撑板,所述滑槽的内侧轴承连接有螺纹杆,所述底托壳体的内侧设置有托架,所述托架的内部开设有容置槽,所述挤压推板的上方连接有活动板,所述底托壳体的内壁装嵌有第一缓震气囊,所述底托壳体的表面开设有散热孔,所述连接轴的表面开设有暗槽,所述活动筒的外侧设置有活动片,所述底托壳体的上方螺栓固定有顶盖。该缓震防爆式新能源汽车用电池组底托装置可以对电池组进行有效缓震防护,同时可以在电池因意外燃烧时可以自动进行快速灭火,避免电池组持续燃烧、爆炸,有效减小损失。
