The invention discloses an air-ground cooperative scheduling command method and a platform system. The method comprises the following steps: determining event information of a target event, wherein the event information comprises position information; determining an event range according to the position information, and obtaining exploration information and scheduling information of the event range; according to the scheduling information and the position information, determining a target unmanned aerial vehicle and a target person, and according to the exploration information and the positionof the target unmanned aerial vehicle, planning to obtain a route of the target unmanned aerial vehicle flying to the target event occurrence place; after a scheduling instruction is sent to the camera shooting mobile terminal of the target person and the target unmanned aerial vehicle, receiving the local information returned by the camera shooting mobile terminal of the target person and globalinformation returned by the target unmanned aerial vehicle; and displaying the global information and the local information. According to the invention, global information and local information of atarget event (such as emergency events such as fire and traffic accidents) site can be timely and effectively obtained, and command and dispatch work can be conveniently carried out.

    本申请公开了一种空地协同调度指挥方法和平台系统。方法包括:确定目标事件的事件信息,该事件信息包括位置信息;根据位置信息确定事件范围,并获取事件范围的勘探勘查信息和调度信息;根据调度信息和位置信息,确定目标无人机和目标人员,根据勘探勘查信息和目标无人机的所处位置,规划得到目标无人机飞行至目标事件发生地点的航线;向目标人员的可摄像移动终端和目标无人机发送调度指令后,接收目标人员的可摄像移动终端返回的局部信息和目标无人机返回的全局信息;显示全局信息和局部信息。通过本申请可以及时有效地获取到目标事件(例如火灾、交通事故等紧急事件)现场的全局信息和局部信息,便于开展指挥调度工作。
