The invention provides a vehicle driving risk analysis method based on artificial intelligence and a related device, and belongs to the technical field of Internet of Vehicles. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring vehicle driving information of a first vehicle and a second vehicle on a passing road; inputting the vehicle driving information into a driving risk analysis model to obtain initial risk information; obtaining a separation zone type of a separation zone on the passing road, and obtaining a lane type of the second vehicle relative to the first vehicle; obtaining correction information corresponding to the separation zone type and the lane type, and correcting the initial driving risk information by using the correction information to obtain final driving risk information. According to the embodiment of the invention, the accuracy of vehicle driving risk analysis is effectively improved, and the reliability of vehicle driving risk analysis based on artificial intelligence is ensured.
