The invention discloses a deep well crack detection device which comprises a steel plate, a motor, a groove wheel, a camera, an anti-seismic damper and barbell discs. The motor is placed at one end ofthe prefabricated steel plate, and the groove wheel with the fixed size and angle is arranged at the other end. The invention further discloses a measuring method of the device. The motor is connected with a simple trolley through a string, and the trolley descends at a constant speed under the assistance of the groove wheel. The camera is arranged in the middle of the lower portion of the vehicle body and used for shooting a well wall video during operation, and two sets of diffusion headlamps near the camera are used for supplementing light in the operation process. Pattern markers are drawn at multiple positions of the wheels to serve as reference objects for later crack parameter measurement. A long rod with the threaded surface is located above the trolley, the plurality of barbell discs are placed on the long rod and fixed through nuts, and the balance weight can guarantee that the trolley is stable in the descending process. The device saves the labor cost, achieves the real-time automatic monitoring, and guarantees the correctness of data.

    本发明公开了一种深井裂缝检测装置,包括钢板、电机、凹槽轮、摄像机、抗震阻尼器、杠铃片。将预制好的钢板上一端安放电机,另一端设置一个固定大小和角度的凹槽轮。也公开了该装置测量方法,将电机和简易小车通过细绳连接,小车在凹槽轮的协助下匀速下降。车体下方中部安置有摄像头,在作业时拍摄井壁视频,摄像头附近的两组漫射大灯,用于作业过程中的补光。车轮上多处绘制花纹标记物,作为后期裂缝参数测量时的参照物。一根表面螺纹状长杆位于小车上方,若干杠铃片安放在长杆上并用螺帽固定,配重可以保证小车在下降过程中稳定。本发明节约人工成本,实时自动监测,保证数据的正确性。
