The invention discloses a novel high-temperature precooler for an aircraft environmental control system, and belongs to the technical field of aircraft environmental control systems. A precooler coreis of a plate-fin structure with compact structure and high cooling efficiency, and is made of pure nickel materials (fin parts), materials with good high-temperature heat performance, good processingtechnology, slow disintegration of high-temperature strength resistance and met using requirements of superalloys and working temperature resistance being above 400 DEG C, the working pressure beingof 7bar. A core assembly integrally adopts vacuum brazing, and the structure of the core asembly is nickel-superalloy fin precooler and high-temperature alloy plate fin precooler meeting the high temperature and large temperature difference working condition. According to the novel high-temperature precooler for the aircraft environmental control system, the risk problems of deformation, leakage and bursting of high-temperature precooler working under high temperature are solved, the using reliability and durability of products are improved, so that the precooler with the structure occupies animportant place in the aircraft environmental control system, and various function and performance requirements of high-temperature fluid, large temperature difference, thermal expansion deformationand compact and light structure are met.

    本发明公开了一种用于飞机环控系统的新型高温预冷器,属于飞机环控系统技术领域,预冷器芯子为结构紧凑、散热效率较高的板翅式结构,材质为纯镍材料(翅片部位)、高温合金等耐工作温度在400℃以上、工作压力7bar以上的高温热性能好、加工工艺性好、抗高温强度衰变慢且满足使用要求的材料,芯子组件整体采用真空钎焊,结构为满足高温及大温差工况使用要求的镍‑高温合金翅式预冷器、高温合金板翅式预冷器。本发明的应用解决了高温预冷器在高温下工作时变形、泄漏、爆裂的风险问题,提高了产品使用的可靠性和耐久性,使得此类结构的预冷器在飞机的环控系统中占有重要地位,满足高温流体、大温差、热膨胀变形、结构紧凑轻巧的各种功能和性能需求。
