The invention discloses a pile foundation construction method for a dense stratum environment of an existing ship dock. The pile foundation construction method comprises the following steps of exposing a pile position in a chiseling manner, and moving a static pressure pile machine to the pile position; and adjusting a pile pipe machined into a whole to the position above the static pressure pilemachine at the pile position, after pile feeding is conducted through a pile clamping jaw of the static pressure pile machine, pressing the pile pipe into a foundation in a repeated pile pressing mode, conveying the pile pipe pressed into the foundation to the required elevation position through cooperation of a conveying and loading device, and achieving foundation construction. According to thescheme, construction of an existing ship dock can be protected, and foundation reinforcement can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种用于既有船舶船坞的密实地层环境下的桩基施工方法,包括以下步骤:通过凿出方式露出桩位,将静压桩机移动至桩位处;加工成整根的桩管通过吊装的方式调至桩位处的静压桩机上方,经静压桩机的夹桩钳口喂桩后,采用反复压桩的方式,将桩管压入地基后,采用送装器配合将压入地基的桩管送桩至要求标高处,实现地基的施工。本发明的方案,既能保护既有船舶船坞的施工,还能实现地基的加固。
