The tool base and the rotation supporting mechanism are connected through a fastener, the rotation supporting mechanism and the vertical elevating mechanism are connected through a fastener, disassemblingof the tool outside a cabin and assembling of the tool inside the cabin can be achieved, the tool can conveniently get in or out of the cabin and is conveniently constructed and assembled in the cabin, usage is convenient, and safety and reliability are achieved. The universal hoisting tool breaks through a traditional hoisting mode, a bottom fixing manner is adopted, a crown block configuration tool (a running crane) and a polar coordinate type sling (a tower crane) are combined, the enough high lifting space is provided for hoisting of equipment in the cabin, and full-area hoisting arrival of the manned spacecraft in the closed narrow environment is achieved.
