The invention provides a weight balancing system for safe operation of an elevator. The weight balancing system comprises a balancing frame, a fixing unit, a lubricating unit, counterweight units anda buffering unit, wherein the buffering unit is installed at the bottom end of the balancing frame in a movable connection mode, the counterweight units are evenly arranged in the balancing frame, thefixing unit is installed on the outer wall of the upper end of the balancing frame, and the lubricating unit is installed on the outer wall of the upper end of the balancing frame in a sliding fit mode. According to the weight balancing system for safe operation of the elevator, the problems that in the using process of an existing elevator weight balancing system can be solved, specifically, during lifting, a fixed traction rope rubs back and forth, so that the traction rope is abraded, the service life of the traction rope is shortened, and the use safety of the elevator is seriously influenced; moreover, a counterweight block of the existing elevator weight balancing system is inconvenient to replace and maintain; the construction efficiency of workers is influenced; and the existing counterweight block is not firmly fixed, so that the counterweight block is prone to falling off, and the use safety of the elevator is influenced.

    本发明提供了一种电梯安全运行重量平衡系统,包括平衡架、固定单元、润滑单元、配重单元和缓冲单元;所述的平衡架底端通过活动连接方式安装有缓冲单元,位于平衡架的内部均匀设置有配重单元,所述的平衡架上端外壁安装有固定单元,平衡架的上端外壁通过滑动配合方式安装有润滑单元;本发明可以解决目前的电梯重量平衡系统在使用中存在的电梯重量平衡系统升降的过程中其固定的曳引绳来回摩擦导致曳引绳发生磨损,降低了曳引绳的使用寿命,严重影响电梯的使用安全;以及电梯重量平衡系统的配重块不便于更换维修;影响工人的施工效率;且现有对配重块固定不牢靠,容易造成配重块脱落,影响电梯的使用安全等问题。
