The invention relates to the technical field of elevator weighing, in particular to a learning method of weighing for floor compensation. The learning method includes the steps of obtaining electricalvalues of a weighing device of an elevator under different load conditions of sampling floors, generating weighing curves of the corresponding sampling floors according to the load conditions and theelectrical values, obtaining the actual electrical value of the weighing device, and compensating the actual weighing result according to the weighing curves and the actual electrical value. In the prior art, although the weight of the elevator can be weighed effectively, the weighing deviation caused by slight changes in a car frame caused by weight changes of traveling cables and other devicesof a lift car when the lift car is on different floors is ignored, as a result, the weighing accuracy is low. Compared with the prior art, by generating the weighing curves between the load conditionsand the electrical values of the weighing device, the weighing is compensated by the weighing curves, and thus the weighing accuracy is effectively improved.

    本发明涉及电梯称重技术领域,尤其涉及一种楼层补偿的称量学习方法。包括:获取电梯在采样楼层不同载重状态下称量装置的电气值,依据载重状态、电气值生成相应采样楼层的称量曲线,获取称量装置的实际电气值,依据称量曲线、实际电气值对实际称量结果进行补偿。现有技术中,虽然能够有效对电梯重量进行称量,但是忽略了轿厢处于不同楼层时轿厢随行电缆等装置的重量变化而引起轿架发生细微变化导致的称量偏差导致称量精度较低。相较于现有技术,本发明通过生成载重状态与称量装置电气值之间的称量曲线,通过称量曲线对称量进行补偿,从而有效提高了称量精度。
