The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft subassembly assembly, and relates to a positioning method of a cockpit glass framework, in particular to a positioning method of a cockpit glass framework with high requirements on assembly accuracy. The skeleton with the process lugs is positioned on the process hole positioner of the cockpit glass skeleton assembly fixture by adopting a pore coordination positioning method, so that the accuracy of the mounting position of the skeleton is ensured; an appearance positioning method is adopted, and an appearance positioning plate arrangedon a cockpit glass framework assembly fixture is attached to a glass mounting surface on a framework part, so that the profile deviation and outline appearance requirements of the glass mounting surface in a framework are met. The positioning method is high in accuracy, positioning is rapid and convenient, and the assembling work efficiency is greatly improved.

    本发明属于飞机部装装配技术领域,一种驾驶舱玻璃骨架的定位方法,具体涉及一种对于装配准确度要求高的驾驶舱玻璃骨架的定位方法。本发明通过采用孔隙协调定位的方法,将带有工艺凸耳的骨架定位在驾驶舱玻璃骨架装配型架的工艺孔定位器上,以保证骨架的安装位置准确度;采用外形定位的方法,将驾驶舱玻璃骨架装配型架上设置的外形定位板和骨架零件上的玻璃安装面进行贴合,以保证骨架中玻璃安装面的型面偏差、轮廓外形要求。此种定位方法准确度高,定位迅速方便,大大提高了装配工作效率。
