The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle chassis with independent suspensions, in particular to a vehicle chassis axle assembly and frame connecting structure, which comprises an axle assembly and a frame. The axle assembly and the frame are flexibly connected through an elastic suspension block. The elastic suspension block comprises an axle assembly connecting part connected withthe axle assembly and a frame connecting part connected with the frame, and an elastic body is arranged between the axle assembly connecting part and the frame connecting part. A certain number of elastic suspension blocks with proper rigidity are used for flexibly connecting the axle assembly and the frame together, and the elastic suspension blocks have proper rigidity and damping, so that various forces and torques between the axle assembly and the frame can be effectively transmitted, and vibration caused by a transmission system can be effectively isolated.
