The invention discloses a rail transit intelligent electromagnet brake device and method, which belong to the field of rail transit. The device comprises an electromagnet brake body, a spring lifter,an attraction force measuring sensor, a remote controller control end, a rail and a power distribution device. The electromagnet brake body is fixed at the lower end of the spring lifter, and a gap iskept between the electromagnet brake body and the steel rail surface, so that the ladder truck provided with the electromagnet brake body can normally run on the steel rail; when the ladder truck needs to be braked, the spring lifter is loosened, the electromagnet brake body is put down, so that the electromagnet brake body is in close contact with the track surface of the track, and meanwhile, the electromagnetic field intensity (attraction force) is controlled by adopting the resistor, so that the electromagnet brake body is adsorbed on the track surface of the track. The device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, belongs to an intelligent operation device, and can ensure the stability of the overhead contact system ladder truck in the construction process, effectively prevent the overhead contact system ladder truck from overturning in the construction process, reduce casualties and improve the safety and reliability of the ladder truck.

    一种轨道交通智能电磁体刹车装置及方法,属于轨道交通领域。包括:电磁体刹车体、弹簧提拉器、吸合力测量传感器、遥控器控制端、轨道、配电装置。电磁体刹车体固定于弹簧提拉器的下端,电磁体刹车体与钢轨面保持间隙,保证安装电磁体刹车体的梯车在钢轨上正常行驶;当梯车需要制动刹车时,松开弹簧提拉器,并将电磁体刹车体放下,使电磁体刹车体与轨道轨道面紧密接触,同时采用电阻器控制电磁场强度(吸力大小),使电磁刹车体吸附于轨道轨道面上。本发明结构简单,便于操作,属于智能化操作装置,采用本发明装置可以保证接触网梯车在施工过程中的平稳,有效防止接触网梯车在施工中的倾覆,减少人员伤亡,增加梯车的安全性和可靠性。
