The invention relates to an industrial vehicle instrument and a system. A coded lock function and an instrument display function which are originally separately designed by an industrial vehicle are integrated into a whole, and the functions are displayed in a touch screen form so that the problems of inconvenience in installation, high cost, large occupied area and single instrument display function caused by separate design are well solved.
