The invention provides an intelligent damping hinge device. The device comprises a hinge disc and a hinge seat which are arranged between two cross beam assemblies, and at least two hinged semi-activeshock absorbers, wherein the semi-active shock absorbers are arranged on the two sides of the hinge disc respectively; one end of the semi-active shock absorber is hinged to the waist portion of thehinge disc, the other end of the semi-active shock absorber is hinged to the hinge seat, an angle sensor is connected to the hinge disc, the semi-active shock absorber is connected with a controller,the controller automatically adjusts output damping of the semi-active shock absorber according to vehicle speed signals and feedback of the angle sensor, and therefore swing of the hinge device is improved. The hinge device automatically adjusts output damping of the semi-active shock absorber according to vehicle speed signals and feedback of the angle sensor, and attenuates excitation energy and inhibits snakelike motion while the steering function of a train is not affected.
