The invention provides a gyroscope embedded six-freedom-degree stable platform. Active vibration isolation is achieved through a vibration reduction gyroscope on the basis of a Stewart stable platform. The Stewart stable platform comprises a moving platform, a fixed platform and six hydraulic cylinders. The hydraulic cylinders are connected with the above two platforms through cross shafts and universal joints. The bridge face of the stable platform is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the moving platform. The vibration reduction gyroscope is a single-frame control moment gyroscope,and the gyroscope is embedded to a groove of the bridge face. The gyroscope embedded six-freedom-degree stable platform has the advantages that a secondary vibration source is guided into a controlledsystem through active vibration isolation, a gyroscope controller is used for adjusting and outputting, the moment generated by the secondary vibration source and the external moment offset each other, and the gyroscope embedded six-freedom-degree stable platform has the advantages of being good in self adaptability, simple in structure, simple in control, capable of isolating low frequency vibration and the like.
本发明提出了一种内嵌式陀螺的六自由度稳定平台,在Stewart稳定平台的基础上利用减摇陀螺以达到主动式隔振。所述Stewart稳定平台包括动平台、静平台、六个液压缸;所述液压缸通过十字轴、万向节连接上述两个平台;所述稳定平台的桥面与动平台上表面固定连接;所述减摇陀螺为单框架控制力矩陀螺,所述陀螺内嵌在桥面凹槽处。本发明的内嵌陀螺式六自由度稳定平台的优点是利用主动隔振在被控系统引入次级振源并通过陀螺控制器来调节输出,使其产生的力矩与外力矩相抵,具有自适应性好、结构简单、控制简单且可对低频振动进行隔离等特点。
