The invention discloses a bridge crane monitoring system. The system comprises a cart moving mechanism for realizing longitudinal movement, a trolley moving mechanism for realizing transverse movementand a lifting mechanism for realizing lifting, the monitoring system comprises a PLC central processing unit, a sensor, an input module, a telecommunication module and an upper computer. According tothe bridge crane monitoring system, the telecommunication module is divided into a remote signal sending module and a receiving module, the PLC processes information of the input module through a programmed program and displays the information on the upper computer, the upper computer updates current picture information every second and stores historical information, so that the running states ofa plurality of bridge cranes are visually reflected, all the bridge cranes are intensively displayed on one picture, the running state, the working duration and the total running time of each bridgecrane can be directly known, and data collection is carried out at a remote end; and the monitoring system has an automatic alarm function, and corrects the position data of the bridge crane in time through a sensor proximity switch, thereby preventing error accumulation caused by long-time movement.

    本发明公开了一种桥式起重机监视系统。包括实现纵向运动的大车移行机构、实现横向运动的小车移行机构和实现升降的提升机构;监视系统包括PLC中央处理单元、传感器、输入模块、远程通讯模块和上位机。本发明将远程通讯模块分为远程信号发送模块和接收模块,PLC通过已编定的程序对输入模块的信息进行处理,同时将信息显示至上位机上,上位机每秒更新当前画面信息,储存历史信息,直观反映多个桥式起重机的运行状态,使各桥式起重机集中显示于一个画面上,可直接了解每台桥式起重机的运行状态,工作时长,总运行时间等,并在远程端进行数据收集;监视系统附带自动报警功能,并通过传感器接近开关及时修正桥机位置数据置,防止长时间移动误差累积。
