The invention relates to an unpowered concrete pipe automatic lifting appliance and a lifting method, and belongs to the field of cement machine manufacturing. An upper lifting beam and a lower lifting beam are connected through a center stand column; limiting rods are further arranged at the upper lifting beam and the lower lifting beam in a matching mode, a lifting rotating hinge pin is arrangedon the top of a grabbing plate by matching with the upper lifting beam, an adjusting base is arranged below the lower lifting beam, and the grabbing plate is connected with the adjusting base througha grabbing plate rotating shaft; and a telescopic adjusting lead screw is further arranged on the adjusting base in a matching mode, a stroke adjusting bolt is arranged on the lower lifting beam in amatching mode, and a ratchet stop pin is further arranged on a ratchet conversion mechanism in a matching mode. According to the unpowered concrete pipe automatic lifting appliance and the lifting method, an unpowered concrete pipe or object automatic lifting appliance is designed, the self weight of the lifting appliance is utilized, the position of a lifting point is converted through a ratchetwheel, clamping and loosening of the grabbing plate are controlled, meanwhile, the invention provides a lifting method, by means of the method, rapid and accurate unpowered gravity grabbing of the concrete pipe or object can be achieved, the working efficiency is improved, and the labor cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及水泥机械制造领域的一种无动力混凝土管自动吊具及吊装方法,上起吊梁和下起吊梁之间通过中心立柱连接;上起吊梁和下起吊梁处还配合设置有限位杆,抓板的顶部配合上起吊梁设置有起吊转动销轴,下起吊梁的下面设置有调节座,抓板通过抓板转轴与调节座连接;调节座还配合设置有伸缩调节丝杆,下起吊梁处配合设置有行程调节螺栓,棘轮转换机构还配合设置有棘轮挡销;该发明通过设计一种无动力混凝土管或物品自动吊具,利用吊具的自身重量,通过棘轮转换起吊点位置,实现对抓板的夹紧和松开进行控制;同时提供一种吊装方法,通过该方法可以实现对混凝土管或物品实现快速精准的无动力重力抓取,提高工作效率,降低人工成本。
