The invention relates to a self-adaption elevator fault early warning system based on multi-dimension failure characteristics. The self-adaption elevator fault early warning system comprises a data acquisition module for data acquisition, a data pretreatment module for treating the collected data, a characteristic constructing module, a model fitting module, an early warning module and a work order pushing module; the characteristic constructing module constructs additional characteristics according to basic data treated in the data pretreatment module; the model fitting module is used for training a data model to output an early warning model; the early warning module combines with real-time online elevator data according to the early warning model to judge whether to send an elevator fault early warning; and the work order pushing module intelligently delivers a work order according to a data combining area information given by the early warning module. The self-adaption elevator fault early warning system does not rely on an empirical rule and is high in early warning precision.
