The invention discloses a special chemical tanker cargo hold insulation structure and a laying method. The insulation structure comprises two layers of calcium silicate plates and two layers of rock wool; the two layers of calcium silicate plates cover the cargo hold top plate; the two layers of rock wool cover the cargo hold side plates and the cargo hold bottom plate except the cargo hold top plate; and stainless steel plates cover the outer sides of the two layers of calcium silicate plates and the two layers of rock wool respectively. A plurality of screw rods arranged in a matrix mode arevertically fixed to the outer side faces of the corresponding cargo holds respectively, and the two layers of calcium silicate plates and the two layers of rock wool are fixed to the outer circumferential faces of the cargo holds respectively through nuts screwed on the screw rods. The laying method comprises the steps of (1) welding and fixing the screw rods and positioning and drilling the calcium silicate plates and the stainless steel plates, and (2) respectively installing the calcium silicate plates, the rock wool and the stainless steel plates. The structure is simple, the constructiondifficulty is reduced, the heat dissipation retarding effect is remarkable, and a big problem of a special chemical ship cargo hold insulation structure and laying construction is solved.
本发明公开了一种特种化学品船货舱绝缘结构及铺设方法,绝缘结构包括两层硅酸钙板和两层岩棉,两层硅酸钙板覆盖在货舱顶板上,两层岩棉覆盖在除了货舱顶板外的货舱侧板和货舱底板上,两层硅酸钙板和两层岩棉的外侧分别覆盖不锈钢板。多根成矩阵排列的螺杆分别垂直固定在对应的货舱外侧面上,通过拧在螺杆上的螺母分别将两层硅酸钙板、两层岩棉分别固定在货舱外周面上。铺设方法包括:1)螺杆的焊接固定及硅酸钙板和不锈钢板的定位钻孔,2)分别安装硅酸钙板、岩棉和不锈钢板。本发明结构简单,降低了施工难度,阻滞热量散发效果显著,解决了特种化学品船舶货舱绝缘结构和铺设施工的一大难题。
