The invention discloses an extended-range electric vehicle battery heat preservation system and a temperature control method thereof. The extended-range electric vehicle battery heat preservation system comprises an engine, a generator, a battery, a motor, exhaust pipes and an engine trip computer. The engine is connected to the generator, the generator is connected to the battery, the battery isconnected to the motor, the four exhaust pipes are arranged, the battery is arranged in a double-layer cuboid structure heat preservation box with a cover, a heat preservation box tail gas inlet and aheat preservation box tail gas outlet are arranged in two side surfaces where a width and a height of a heat preservation box outer layer are positioned and perpendicular to the bottom surface of theheat preservation box outer layer, a butterfly valve is arranged on the third exhaust pipe, a temperature sensor is installed in a through hole in the bottom of the heat preservation box, the butterfly valve and the temperature sensor are connected with the engine trip computer, and the battery heat preservation system of the extended-range electric vehicle is reasonable in design and capable ofsaving energy. The temperature control method of the battery heat preservation system of the extended-range electric vehicle has the characteristics of sensitivity and stability.

    本发明公开了一种增程式电动汽车电池保温系统及其温度控制方法,增程式电动汽车电池保温系统包括发动机,发电机,电池,电动机,排气管,发动机行车电脑,发动机与发电机连接,发电机与电池连接,电池与电动机连接,排气管有四根,电池置于带盖双层长方体结构保温箱内,保温箱尾气进口与出口分别设置在垂直于保温箱外层底面的保温箱外层宽度与高度所在的两个侧面,第三根排气管上设置碟阀,温度传感器安装于保温箱底部通孔内,碟阀、温度传感器分别与发动机行车电脑连接,本发明增程式电动汽车电池保温系统具有设计合理、节约能源的特点。本发明增程式电动汽车电池保温系统温度控制方法具有灵敏、稳定的特点。
