The invention relates to the technical field of electrical equipment maintenance, and discloses an automatic maintenance device for a high-voltage circuit breaker box. The device comprises a moving track trolley, a maintenance track, a maintenance platform, a lifting mechanism, a first telescoping cylinder, and a controller. The moving rail trolley comprises a mounting plate, moving wheels arranged under the mounting plate and a moving rail located above the mounting plate. The maintenance track is slidably connected to the inner side of the moving track and can extend into the circuit breakerbox, the maintenance platform is fixedly mounted at the top of the maintenance track, and the lifting mechanism is arranged on the mounting plate and is used for controlling lifting of the moving track. According to the present invention, the lifting of the lifting mechanism is automatically controlled through the controller, so that the lifting of the maintenance platform is controlled, the operation is more convenient and faster; the maintenance platform is conveyed into the circuit breaker box through stretching and retracting of the first telescopic cylinder, and the manual pushing is notneeded, so that more manpower is saved, and the working efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及电气设备检修技术领域,公开了一种高压断路箱自动检修装置,包括移动轨道小车、检修轨道、检修平台、升降机构、第一伸缩缸以及控制器;移动轨道小车包括安装板、设置在安装板底部的移动轮、以及位于安装板上方的移动轨道,所述检修轨道滑动连接于移动轨道的内侧,且检修轨道可伸入所述断路箱的内部,所述检修平台固定安装于检修轨道的顶部,所述升降机构设置于安装板上用于控制移动轨道的升降。本发明通过控制器自动控制升降机构的升降从而控制检修平台的升降,操作更加方便、便捷,通过第一伸缩缸的伸缩将检修平台送入断路箱内部,无需人工推送,更加的节省人力,提高工作效率。
