The invention relates to the technical field of forklifts, and discloses a forklift bearing detection method and device, and the method comprises the steps: calculating the equivalent weight through inputting the parameters of a load curve graph, carrying out the detection of the overload of a forklift, and effectively preventing the forklift from turning over or tilting forward due to the overload; meanwhile, calculating the unbalance loading of the forklift so as to effectively prevent rollover caused by uneven stress of the two pallet forks due to non-standard arrangement of goods and prevent damage and deformation of the pallet fork; for different types of forklift gantries of different forklift factories have different rigidity deformations, loading parameters related to a load curvegraph which is tested when the forklift leaves a factory into a formula, so as to facilitate the judgment of the equivalent weight overload caused by the rigidity deformation of the forklift gantry, the forward inclination of the forklift gantry caused by the forward inclination angle of the forklift gantry, and the offset of the actual gravity center position relative to the factory leaving theoretical load center distance C; and according to the invention, the problems caused by overload, overload, load loss and forward inclination of the forklift gantry can be effectively prevented, the cargo transportation safety of the forklift is improved, and meanwhile, the service life of the forklift is prolonged.

    本发明涉及叉车技术领域,公开了叉车承载检测方法和装置,通过输入载荷曲线图的参数,对等效重量进行计算,对叉车超载进行检测,有效的防止叉车由于超载引起的翻车或翘屁股式的前倾;同时对叉车偏载进行检测,有效的防止货物因排放不规范引起的两只货叉受力不均引发的侧翻,有助于防止货叉的损坏和变形,针对不同叉车厂的不同款叉车门架的刚度变形不同,将叉车出厂时测试过的载荷曲线图相关的参数加载入公式中,有助于判断叉车门架刚度变形引进的等效重量超载,叉车门架前倾角引起的叉车门架前倾和实际重心位置相对出厂理论载荷中心距C的偏移;通过本发明可以有效地防止超载、超载、失载及叉车门架前倾导致的问题,提高了叉车运输货物的安全性,同时又延长了叉车的使用寿命。
