The invention relates to an automatic-control heat-dissipating and high-temperature alarming device for automobile brake drum shoes. The automatic-control heat-dissipating and high-temperature alarming device comprises a storage batter, temperature sensors, a temperature controller, air blowers and a sound-light alarming device; the storage battery is connected with the temperature controller through a wire, sensor positioning holes are formed in the inner side walls of the brake drum shoes of two rear wheels of a truck, the temperature sensors are arranged in the sensor positioning holes correspondingly and connected with the temperature controller through sensor circuits, and the air blowers are mounted on the surfaces of the inner sides of brake bottom plates on the inner sides of the brake drum shoes of the two rear wheels of the truck correspondingly and connected with the temperature controller through air blower circuits; when the temperature controller controls the air blowersto work, the air blowers blow air towards the brake drum shoes; and the sound-light alarming device is connected with the temperature controller through an alarming circuit. By adopting the automatic-control heat-dissipating and high-temperature alarming device for the automobile brake drum shoes, automatic-control heat dissipating and high-temperature alarming of an automobile brake drum can be achieved, and the purpose of actively preventing traffic accidents is achieved.

    本发明汽车制动鼓蹄片自控散热及高温报警装置,包括蓄电池、温度传感器、温度控制器、鼓风机、声光报警装置,蓄电池通过导线与温度控制器连接,货车两后轮的制动鼓蹄片内侧壁设有传感器定位孔,温度传感器分别设置在传感器定位孔中,温度传感器通过传感器电路与温度控制器连接,鼓风机分别安装在货车两后轮的制动鼓蹄片内侧的制动底板内侧表面,鼓风机通过鼓风机电路与温度控制器连接,温度控制器控制鼓风机工作时鼓风机朝向制动鼓蹄片方向吹风,声光报警装置通过报警电路与温度控制器连接。采用本发明能够实现对汽车制动鼓的自控散热及高温报警,达到主动预防交通事故的目的。
