The invention provides an electrolytic cell replacement method. A trolley is moved to below an old electrolytic cell, the old electrolytic cell is fixed to four stand columns with four chain blocks mounted on lifting lugs of the top ends of the four stand columns of the trolley, the connection between the old electrolytic cell and an upper device is loosen, the four chain blocks simultaneously drop the old electrolytic cell onto a base of the trolley, the trolley is moved out, the old electrolytic cell is lifted off the trolley by using an overhead travelling crane, a novel electrolytic cell is placed in the trolley to be fixed with the four chain blocks, the trolley is moved to the re-installation position, the four chain blocks simultaneously lift the novel electrolytic cell to the installation position to be fixedly connected with the upper device, and the trolley is moved out. Electrolytic cell replacement equipment comprises the base, the multiple stand columns and four rolling wheels, wherein the base is provided with a rectangular frame and reinforced steel beams, the upper ends of the multiple stand columns are correspondingly provided with the lifting lugs, the lower endsof the multiple stand columns are fixedly connected with the rectangular frame, and the four rolling wheels are connected with the bottom of the rectangular frame. The electrolytic cell replacement method has the advantages that the disassembly and assembly efficiency of an electrolytic cell can be improved, the safety risk is reduced, and the situations that the equipment is collided and damage is caused are avoided.

    本发明提供的一种电解槽更换方法,将小车移动至要旧电解槽下方,用安装于小车四个立柱顶端吊耳上的四个手拉葫芦将旧电解槽固定在四个立柱上,旧电解槽与上方设备松开连接,四个手拉葫芦同时将旧电解槽降至小车的底座上,将小车移出,用天车将旧电解槽吊离小车,将新电解槽放入小车四个手拉葫芦固定,将小车移动至回装位置,四个手拉葫芦同时进行吊升至安装位置与上方设备固定连接将小车移出。电解槽更换设备包括底座、多个立柱和四个滚轮,底座具有矩形框架和增强钢梁,多个立柱的上端分别设有吊耳,下端分别与矩形框架固定连接,四个滚轮与矩形框架的底部连接。本发明能提高电解槽拆装的效率,降低安全风险,避免设备发生碰撞造成损坏等优点。
