The embodiment of the invention provides a flight control method and device for a vertical take-off and landing drone and a vertical take-off and landing drone, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a lateral speed error or a lateral offset error of a vertical take-off and landing drone in a process of switching from a rotor flight mode to a fixed wing flight mode; determining a target attitude angle of the vertical take-off and landing drone according to the lateral speed error or the lateral offset error; and controlling the attitude of the vertical take-off and landing drone in theprocess of switching from the rotor flight mode to the fixed wing flight mode according to the target attitude angle. In this way, the reliability and the control performance of the vertical take-offand landing drone in the process of switching from the rotor wing flight mode to the fixed wing flight mode can be improved.
