The invention relates to a cable take-up mechanism applied to a new energy charging pile, and the mechanism comprises a charging pile with a wire outlet, and is characterized in that an external box body with a wire outlet hole is arranged on the outer side wall of the charging pile; two winding rods which are horizontally distributed side by side, a take-up component and a wire component which are matched with each other, a transmission component used for connecting the take-up component with the wire component, and a driving motor connected with the wire component are arranged in the external box body. Through the take-up component, the wire guide component, the transmission component and the driving motor, a cable is spirally wound on the winding rod, and the cable is also convenient topay off; the cable is prevented from being rolled by an automobile and being damaged artificially and naturally, the service life of the cable is greatly prolonged, and the use cost of the charging pile is reduced; meanwhile, the risk of electric leakage caused by damage of the cable is also avoided, and then the influence on the personal safety of a user is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种应用于新能源充电桩上的电缆收线机构,包括带有出线口的充电桩,所述充电桩的外侧壁上设有带有出线孔的外设箱体;所述外设箱体内设有两个水平并排分布的绕线杆、相互配合的收线构件及导线构件、用于将收线构件与导线构件连接的传动构件、与导线构件连接的驱动电机。本发明通过收线构件、导线构件、传动构件、驱动电机,使得缆线螺旋盘绕在绕线杆上,同时也方便缆线放线;不仅避免了缆线遭受汽车的碾压以及人为和自然的破坏,大大提高了缆线的使用寿命,降低了充电桩的使用成本,同时也避免了缆线因破损而导致漏电的风险,进而降低了对使用者的人身安全所造成的影响。
