The invention provides an expressway network traffic efficiency evaluation method, which comprises the steps of extracting expressway network vehicle traffic records in a preset period, obtaining a first record set, and calculating an overall road network converted average travel vehicle speed through the travelled distance and the travelled time of vehicles in the first record set and corresponding vehicle conversion coefficients; extracting vehicle passing records of each expressway network in a preset period, obtaining a second record set, and calculating converted travel speeds of each road section according to the travelled distance and the travelled time of the vehicles in the second record set and the corresponding vehicle conversion coefficients. The invention relates to electronicequipment and a readable storage medium. According to the invention, the vehicle passing condition of the whole expressway network or each expressway can be quickly and integrally mastered, corresponding weights are increased according to different types of vehicles of the passenger and freight vehicles, and the influence of the passenger and freight vehicles of different types in the calculationprocess and the passing efficiency of the expressway network and road sections are objectively reflected.

    本发明提供高速公路路网通行效率评估方法,包括步骤:提取预设周期内高速公路路网车辆通行记录,获得第一记录集,通过第一记录集中车辆的行驶里程、行驶时间和对应的车辆折算系数计算整体路网折算平均行程车速;提取预设周期内各条高速公路路网车辆通行记录,获得第二记录集,通过第二记录集中车辆的行驶里程、行驶时间和对应的车辆折算系数计算各条路段折算行程车速。本发明涉及电子设备与可读存储介质。本发明能够快速、整体地掌握整个高速公路路网或每一条高速公路的车辆通行情况,根据客货车的不同车类增加相应的权重,客观地反映了不同车类客货车辆在计算过程中的影响及高速公路路网、路段的通行效率。
