The invention relates to a bearing assembly structure, in particular to an axial and radial combined-type anti-rollover bearing assembly. The axial and radial combined-type anti-rollover bearing assembly comprises a cylindrical roller bearing, a needle roller bearing, an axial matched flange plate and a radial mounting core shaft; one end of the cylindrical roller bearing is connected with the axial matched flange plate, and the outer circle of the axial matched flange plate makes contact with an inner ring of the cylindrical roller bearing; the center of the axial matched flange plate is provided with a cavity structure, and the needle roller bearing is arranged in a cavity in an embedded mode; and the radial mounting core shaft is arranged in the needle roller bearing, the two ends of the radial mounting core shaft extend to the inner ring of the cylindrical roller bearing, and gaps are formed between the two ends of the radial mounting core shaft and the inner ring. The cylindricalroller bearing and a needle roller bearing assembly structure are adopted, the inner wall of a box body is of a pocket structure, the needle roller bearing is directly embedded, a core shaft is additionally arranged in a needle roller assembly, the outer circle of a flange shaft is mounted on an inner ring of a cylindrical roller, and in the mounting and using processes of the matched flange plateof the box body, axial and radial operation is simultaneously conducted to prevent rollover; and meanwhile the self-sealing and long-term maintenance-free properties can be met.
