The invention discloses a lifting appliance structure. The lifting appliance structure comprises a mounting frame, a grab hook structure and a positioning device, wherein the grab hook structure comprises first grab hook components and second grab hook components arranged at intervals in the front-back direction; the first grab hook components comprise first grab hooks movably mounted to the mounting frame in the up-down direction; the first grab hooks is used for penetrating a through hole of a vehicle body cabin assembly to be welded from top to bottom, and hooking the periphery of the lowerend of the through hole; the second grab hook components comprise second grab hooks; hook grooves are formed in the lower ends of the second grab hooks; the upper ends of the second grab hooks are rotationally mounted to the mounting frame along a left-right axis, and the lower ends of the second grab hooks are used for swinging forwards or backwards to the hook grooves to fasten a mounting beamof the vehicle body cabin assembly to be welded; and the positioning device is used for stopping the mounting frame from rotating in a horizontal plane relative to the vehicle body cabin assembly to be welded. According to the lifting appliance structure, stable operation of the in-white body engine room process transfer is achieved, stability and safety are improved, and production efficiency isimproved.

    本发明公开一种吊具结构,包括安装架、抓钩结构、定位装置,所述抓钩结构包括沿前后向间隔设置的第一抓钩组件和第二抓钩组件,所述第一抓钩组件包括沿上下向活动安装至所述安装架的第一抓钩,所述第一抓钩用于从上至下穿过待焊装的车身机舱总成的过孔,并勾持所述过孔下端周缘,所述第二抓钩组件包括第二抓钩,所述第二抓钩的下端形成有钩槽,所述第二抓钩的上端沿左右向轴线转动安装至所述安装架,下端用于向前或向后摆动至所述钩槽扣持待焊装的车身机舱总成的安装梁;所述定位装置用于使得所述安装架相对待焊装的车身机舱总成在水平面内止转。实现白车身机舱工序转移的平稳运转,提升稳定性和安全性,提升生产效率。
