The invention relates to an energy-saving hydraulic oil cylinder lifting system which comprises a hydraulic oil cylinder jacking system and a car platform sill. The hydraulic oil cylinder jacking system comprises a hydraulic oil cylinder, a hydraulic energy storing device and a hydraulic pump. The hydraulic oil cylinder comprises a cylinder body and a piston. The cylinder body comprises a main cylinder cavity and an auxiliary cylinder cavity. The hydraulic pump communicates with the bottom of the main cylinder cavity. The hydraulic energy-saving device communicates with the bottom of the auxiliary cylinder cavity. The piston comprises a piston drive end and a piston transmission end. The piston drive end comprises a main piston body and an auxiliary piston body, wherein the main piston body and the auxiliary piston body are connected in parallel. The main piston body is arranged in the main cylinder cavity. The auxiliary piston body is arranged in the auxiliary cylinder cavity. The hydraulic pump pumps hydraulic oil into the main cylinder cavity to push the main piston body to move upwards. The hydraulic energy storing device releases the hydraulic oil into the auxiliary cylinder cavity to push the auxiliary piston body and the main piston body to be linked to jack the car platform sill. The car platform sill descends through own gravity, the hydraulic oil in the main cylindercavity and the auxiliary cylinder cavity is drained back into the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic energy storing device. According to the novel scheme, by the adoption of the hydraulic oil cylinder of energy storing and saving design, the utilization rate of energy sources can be increased, and the system has the characteristic of being high in energy utilization rate.

    本发明涉及一种节能液压油缸升降系统,包括液压油缸顶升系统、轿厢,液压油缸顶升系统包括液压油缸、液压蓄能装置、液压泵,液压油缸包括缸体、活塞,缸体包括主缸腔、辅缸腔,液压泵与主缸腔底部连通,液压蓄能装置与辅缸腔底部连通,活塞包括活塞驱动端、活塞传动端,活塞驱动端包括形成并连的主塞、辅塞,主塞设在主缸腔内,辅塞设在辅缸腔内,液压泵将液压油泵入主缸腔推动主塞向上运动,液压蓄能装置将液压油释放入辅缸腔推动辅塞与主塞联动顶升轿厢,轿厢依靠自身重力下行将主缸腔、辅缸腔内的液压油排回液压泵、液压蓄能装置。本发明公开了新的方案,采用具有储能、节能设计的液压油缸提高能源的利用率,具有能源利用率高的特点。
