Pistons are arranged in the piston cavities, an upper oil way is arranged between an upper oil cavity of each piston cavity and the upper oil cavity of another piston cavity in a communicating manner, and a lower oil way is arranged between a lower oil cavity of eachpiston cavity and the lower oil cavity of another piston cavity in a communicating manner; an upper piston rod is arranged on the upper portion of each piston, a lower piston rod is arranged on the lower portion of each piston, and a lead screw is arranged between each upper piston rod and the corresponding lower piston rod. The bottom ends of the lead screws are connected to the lifting container, and a steel wire rope is hoisted on each multi-lead-screw coupling device. According to the multi-lead-screw co-driven elevator steel wire rope tension-adjusting device, the multiple lead screws synergistically act to achieve high-load large-stroke real-time high-precision adjustment on the tension of the steel wire ropes of an elevator, and safe operation of the elevator is ensured.
