The invention belongs to the field of marine operation measurement, and particularly relates to a combined stable platform under a surge condition and application. The combined stable platform comprises an external support system, an internal support system and a measurement station platform. The external support system is composed of at least one hollow outer supporting component with an open upper part, and the internal support system is composed of at least one inner supporting component, the inner supporting component is arranged in the outer supporting component, the upper end of the inner supporting component extends out of the end face of the upper end of the outer supporting component, and a gap is formed between the outer side wall of the inner supporting component and the inner side wall of the outer supporting component. The measurement station platform is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the inner supporting component. According to the invention, a measuring instrument is arranged on the measurement station platform on the upper surface of the internal support system which is not influenced by surge, and the measurement under the offshore surge condition is converted into a stable working base point. According to the invention, high measurement precision requirements can be met by adopting single measurement, and the long-distance measurement precision andefficiency under severe surge conditions are improved.

    本发明属于海上作业测量领域,具体涉及一种浪涌条件下的组合式稳定平台及应用。本发明包括外部支撑体系、内部支撑体系和测站平台。外部支撑体系至少由一个上部敞口且中空的外部支撑构件构成,内部支撑体系至少由一个内部支撑构件构成;内部支撑构件设置在外部支撑构件内,内部支撑构件的上端头延伸至外部支撑构件上端的端面外,内部支撑构件外侧壁与外部支撑构件内侧壁之间有间隙;测站平台固定连接在内部支撑构件上表面。本发明将测量仪器设置在不受浪涌影响的内部支撑体系上表面的测站平台上,将海上浪涌条件下的测量转化为稳固的工作基点。本发明采用单次测量即可达到较高的测量精度要求,提高恶劣浪涌条件下的长距测量精度和效率。
