The invention discloses a high-speed transportation system, and relates to the field of high-speed transportation. The system comprises: a transportation rail, which is arranged on the outer side of an expressway emergency lane; a transport vehicle, which is connected to the surface of the transportation rail in a sliding mode, and comprises a placing plate that is horizontally arranged at the upper part of the transportation rail; a supporting frame assembly, which is connected to the transportation rail in a clamped mode and freely moves on the transportation rail. The high-speed transportation system provided by the invention aims to solve the background technology proposed problem that an ambulance cannot quickly arrive at an accident site due to the influence of vehicle congestion, and a lot of time is wasted.
