The invention discloses a driver hand releasing detection method and electronic equipment. The method comprises the following steps: recording the current time as suspected hand releasing time when the hand torque of a steering wheel is detected to be smaller than a preset threshold value, and braking single-side wheels of a vehicle at a preset braking torque in preset time; when the single-side wheels of the vehicle are braked, detecting the hand torque of the steering wheel to serve as the hand release detection torque, detecting the steering wheel rotation angle to serve as the hand releasedetection rotation angle, and detecting the difference value between the current time and the suspected hand release time serves as the hand release detection time; based on the hand release detection torque, the hand release detection rotation angle, the hand release detection time and one or more preset proportionality coefficients, calculating hand release credibility; and if the hand releasecredibility meets a preset hand release condition, judging that the driver releases the hand. According to the scheme, no extra sensor needs to be added, cost increase is avoided, meanwhile, the credibility of the judgment result is improved through multistage judgment, active judgment is added, and the judgment time can be shortened.

    本发明公开一种驾驶员脱手检测方法及电子设备,方法包括:当检测到方向盘手力矩小于预设阈值,则记录当前时间为怀疑脱手时间,对车辆的单侧车轮在预设时间内以预设制动力矩进行制动;对车辆的单侧车轮进行制动时,检测方向盘手力矩作为脱手检测力矩,检测方向盘转角作为脱手检测转角,将当前时间与所述怀疑脱手时间的差值作为脱手检测时间;基于所述脱手检测力矩、所述脱手检测转角、所述脱手检测时间、以及预设一个或多个比例系数,计算脱手可信度;如果所述脱手可信度符合预设脱手条件,则判断为驾驶员脱手。本发明的方案不需要添加额外的传感器,避免造成成本上升,同时通过多级判断增加判断结果的可信度,增加主动判断,能够缩短判断时间。
