The invention discloses a force simulator with a force hysteresis effect, and relates to the technical field of automobile braking. The force simulator comprises a shell, a transmission assembly, an elastic assembly and a force hysteresis assembly are arranged in the shell, the transmission assembly comprises a push rod and a connecting rod, the force hysteresis assembly comprises a fixed clampingsleeve and an elastic piece, the fixed clamping sleeve is provided with a clamping groove, the elastic piece is embedded in the clamping groove and is in a compressed state, and the fixed clamping sleeve is provided with a second friction part which abuts against the outer side wall of a connecting block. In the moving process of the push rod, the elastic piece is in a compressed state, so that an elastic force is generated and acts on the inner side wall of the shell, a friction force is generated through mutual movement between a first friction part and the inner side wall of the shell, andthen the hysteresis effect is generated when the push rod reciprocates. When the first friction part is abraded and thinned, the second friction part abuts against the inner side wall of the shell, and smooth movement of the transmission assembly in the shell is guaranteed. The force simulator with a force hysteresis effect provided by the invention effectively improves the control stability andthe driving safety of a brake pedal.

    本发明公开了一种具有力滞作用的力模拟器,涉及汽车制动的技术领域,包括壳体,壳体内有传动组件、弹力组件、力滞组件,传动组件包括推杆、连接杆,力滞组件包括固定卡套、弹力件,固定卡套形成有卡槽,弹力件嵌设于卡槽内且处于被压缩状态,固定卡套形成有第二摩擦部,第二摩擦部与连接块外侧壁抵接。在推杆运动过程中,由于弹力件呈被压缩状态而产生弹力作用于壳体内侧壁,使第一摩擦部与壳体内侧壁之间的相互运动产生摩擦力,继而在推杆往复运动时产生力滞作用。当第一摩擦部被磨损变薄后,第二摩擦部与壳体内侧壁抵接,确保传动组件在壳体内运动顺滑。本发明提出的具有力滞作用的力模拟器,有效提高制动踏板的控制稳定性和驾驶安全性。
