The invention discloses a suspension device convenient to adjust. The device comprises a bottom plate, a shell, a main spring, a connecting bracket and a limiting block, wherein the shell is mounted on the bottom plate; a cavity is formed between the bottom plate and the shell; limiting flanges are arranged at the upper and lower ends of the left side of the cavity; a limiting flange is arranged at the right lower end of the cavity; the main spring, the connecting bracket and the limiting block are sequentially packed in the cavity from bottom to top; the main spring just abuts against the limiting flanges at the lower ends of the left side and the right side of the cavity; a gap is reserved between the limiting block and the limiting flange located at the upper end of the left side of thecavity; the main body portion of the connecting bracket is used for separating the main spring from the limiting block; the right end of the connecting bracket extends out of the cavity; and a powermounting hole for mounting a power assembly is formed in the extending portion of the connecting bracket. The limiting block and the main spring are separately arranged and independently designed, sothe rigidity of the limiting block and the rigidity of the main spring are independently adjusted; and thus, the vibration isolation performance of the suspension device can be conveniently adjusted in NVH adjustment, thereby realizing balance between NVH and durability.
本发明公开了一种便调式的悬置装置,包括底板、外壳、主簧、连接支架和限位块,所述底板上安装有外壳,且底板与外壳之间形成空腔,所述空腔左侧的上下端带有限位凸缘,右侧的下端也带有限位凸缘,所述主簧、连接支架和限位块从下到上依次填充在空腔内,主簧刚好抵在空腔左右两侧下端的限位凸缘上,限位块与空腔左侧上端的限位凸缘留有间隙,连接支架的主体部分用于将主簧和限位块隔开,连接支架的右端延伸到空腔外,并在延伸部分设置有用于安装动力总成的动力安装孔。将限位块与主簧分开设置,同时限位块与主簧独立设计,实现限位块和主簧的刚度独立调节,方便在NVH调校中,对悬置装置的隔振性能的调节,从而实现NVH与耐久性能的平衡。
