The quick-change battery pack mounting device comprises a quick-change bracket and a locking mechanism assembly arranged on the quick-change bracket, wherein the quick-change bracket comprises at least two first main boards which are oppositely arranged. The locking mechanism assembly comprises: a plurality of locking mechanism bodies which are fixedly mounted on the first main boards; a metal plate connecting piece connected with the first main boards in a slidingmode, wherein when the metal plate connecting piece moves in the first direction, the multiple locking mechanism bodies are driven to be unlocked in a linkage mode; and at least one secondary lockingmechanism rotationally connected with the first main boards, wherein when the secondary locking mechanism abuts against the metal plate connecting piece, the metal plate connecting piece is limited to move in the first direction. According to the scheme that the overall locking mechanism body and the quick-change bracket are driven to be unlocked in a linkage mode by sliding the metal plate connecting piece, the device has the following advantages: the structure is simple, operation is convenient and fast, reliability is high, the mounting and dismounting process of the power battery pack canbe facilitated, and the replacement efficiency of the power battery pack is improved.
本发明提供了一种快换电池包安装装置、锁止方法、解锁方法和电动汽车。所述快换电池包安装装置包括快换支架以及设置于快换支架上的锁止机构总成,快换支架包括至少相对设置的两个第一主板;锁止机构总成包括多个锁止机构本体,固定安装于第一主板上;与第一主板可滑动连接的钣金连接件,钣金连接件沿第一方向运动时带动多个锁止机构本体联动解锁;与第一主板转动连接的至少一个二次锁止机构,二次锁止机构与钣金连接件抵靠时,限制钣金连接件沿第一方向运动。本发明通过滑动钣金连接件带动整体锁止机构本体与快换支架联动解锁的方案,结构简单、操作便捷、可靠性高,能够便捷动力电池包的安装和拆卸过程,提高了动力电池包的更换效率。
